VALVE TESTING EQUIPMENT

We have installed in our Port-Harcourt office, High Performance VALVE TESTING EQUIPMENT for both Safety Relief and Manual Valves.

With the MANUAL VALVE TEST BENCH the equipment can be used to carry out the following:

• Hydrostatic shell test.
• Hydrostatic seat test
• Pneumatic seat test

ADVANTAGES

• It monitors test time remaining in a process.
• Monitors pressure on the real-time chart
• The process can be monitored within a set period of time
• A given time is allotted to the process.
• It uses hydraulic clamping system which makes the process more efficient.
• It is designed to accommodate a wide range of valves namely: Gate, Globe, Check, Plug, ball, Needle, Butterfly, Control and special valves
• It stores the valve data and test result in electronic copy.
• It saves time and allows users to test valves prior to installation with accurate instruments.
• Finally, it prevents possible safety hazards by performing calibrations prior to climbing scaffolding or going into a possible hazardous location.

 

PSV / PRV TEST BENCH

• It carries out Hydrostatic shell test
• It carries out Pop test for both pneumatic and liquid

• It covers both Flanged Valves, Socket Weld Valve, Butt Weld Valves, Female Threaded Valve and Special Ended Valve.

WATER QUALITY MONITORING PRODUCTS

We supply Water Quality Monitoring Products from South Korea namely:-  Electromagnetic flow meter, Radar level meter, Ultrasonic level meter, Manhole pumping station meter, Open channel flow meter, Ultrasonic sludge depth meter, etc.

Other materials includes, On-line and Off-line Water Analyzer Products such as Automatic Turbidity meter (TURBY 2100), Automatic chlorine analyzer (CL4000), Automatic total nitrogen and phosphorous analyzer (TNP 4000), Automatic total nitrogen analyzer (TN 4000), Water test kits, etc.

Finally, we supply Water Pipes and Fittings.
